The Field Service Technician provides 24/7 on call field service labor, trouble shooting and service training at customer locations for mechanical, electrical, and electronic components. This includes performing preventive maintenance, emergency and warranty repairs to ensure reliable operation, optimum performance and efficiency. Must be able to manage travel costs and operating expenses associated with field service visits.
Manage technical training and mentoring for Facilities Engineers and mechanics. Present to C-Suite level clients on complex mechanical, facilities and asset management projects including Boilers, Chillers, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical. Use data to improve overall Facilities Maintenance Programs. Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
