As a Substance Use Disorder Counselor, you will guide patients through their treatment journey and foster recovery from Opioid Use Disorder, leading counseling sessions, managing treatment plans, and providing crisis intervention services.
Provide high-quality, meaningful virtual therapy using evidence-based interventions such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Action and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), etc. Utilize our advanced collaboration portal to connect with students, providing them with the support they need. Work closely with campus treatment providers, supervisors, and peers to ensure cohesive care.
Provide telehealth services, working with forward-thinking mental health, substance use, and eating disorder professionals to enhance programming and provide the best possible care to clients; must be well-versed in a variety of modalities and committed to bettering the mental health and well-being of clients.
