The Executive Director (ED) is responsible for the operational leadership of community Behavioral Health services, including the CBHC, fee for service outpatient clinic services, and related in home, emergency, and diversion services for adult and child mental health and substance use disorders. The ED is responsible for the effective management of programs including oversight of quality, compliance, outcomes, staffing, safety, service delivery and financial performance.

The Program Manager will lead the daily operations of Mantra’s ConnectNow service, an on-demand, real-time support line for college students. You will oversee a team of behavioral health providers, ensuring clinical quality and performance, and providing consultation. You will also deliver direct care to students, assessing needs and coordinating crisis interventions, collaborating with campus staff, community responders, EMS, or law enforcement.
