The Program Manager will lead the daily operations of Mantra’s ConnectNow service, an on-demand, real-time support line for college students. You will oversee a team of behavioral health providers, ensuring clinical quality and performance, and providing consultation. You will also deliver direct care to students, assessing needs and coordinating crisis interventions, collaborating with campus staff, community responders, EMS, or law enforcement.
