The Clinical Specialist will utilize motivational interviewing techniques to explore and resolve ambivalence, complete paperwork and referrals, and facilitate linkage to internal and external services. This role involves actively matching patients with service providers, resolving barriers to services, providing support to at-risk patients, and completing assessments as needed.
