This position provides leadership over the day-to-day and strategic operations of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) department. You will manage a team of revenue cycle representative staff and be accountable for consistent quality performance, including the service’s ability to consistently meet established key performance indicators. In addition, you will be responsible for following all revenue cycle management systems, processes, and policies, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of revenue cycle operations.
