Shippo is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Carrier Operations Specialist to join the Carrier Operations Team. You’ll play a critical part in managing pricing operations, investigating variances, and supporting carrier rate card implementations. You’ll work cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Engineering to ensure accurate pricing and seamless reconciliation workflows across carrier partnerships.
