Act as the operational leader (an Integrator in the EOS framework), ensuring clear alignment and collaboration across all departments. Facilitate weekly meetings with department leaders, helping them prioritize effectively, streamline workflows, and overcome operational challenges. Oversee the continuous improvement of internal processes and communication. Ensure operational goals and initiatives directly align with InnerOrbit’s mission.

The Chief Program Officer (CPO) will play a pivotal role in refining and executing the organization’s programmatic vision, ensuring that all projects and initiatives meet the needs of our nonprofit partners, are aligned with our mission, and maximize our impact.
