The service chain operation manager ensures excellent customer service and maintains strong relationships with one of TOP customer of our company and third-party vendors. Purpose of position is interface between SDM / Service Owner (Customer) and OPM / operation in defined field in order to keep quality of the production. The manager is responsible for service chains of a specific business service / product cross various organizational units.
