This role will drive the long-term strategy and execution of our operations vendor ecosystem in support of operational excellence across Clinical Operations, and Care Support. The role sits within the Operations Strategy & Excellence team and is ideal for someone who is both a strategic thinker and operational builder. You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure vendors are aligned to Spring’s objectives. A background in healthcare or tech-enabled services is highly preferred.
