As a Head of Banking Operations, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Mercury's banking operations ecosystem. You will lead multiple operations teams, drive operational and strategic planning, and define and document new processes. Your team will own onboarding for our RIA, money movement operations with our partners, and manage customer lifecycle changes. You will work on impactful projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations.
