The Senior Operations Manager works under general direction of the Director of Operations and will work directly with Installation & Customer Service team and Fulfilment team. This person collects and analyzes information used to plan and schedule installation projects. The manager is responsible for managing daily operations of the service desk, managing the service desk team, representing the team to other stakeholders.
