As the Associate Director of Women’s Health, you will hold a key clinical leadership position within our organization, dedicated to advancing clinical quality, provider performance, and patient outcomes in women’s healthcare. You will spend approximately 60% of your time on administrative leadership duties and 40% in a clinical, patient-facing role.

Be a supervising physician to Advanced Practice Providers, reporting to the Clinical Leader for the service line you support. Provide direct oversight and supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants within state by state regulations; collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and perform other duties as assigned.

Seeking Independent Telemedicine Family/Internal Medicine Providers. Fully empaneled MD/DOs earn an average of $100/hr or $150/hr, respectively, with appointments lasting from 20 to 30 mins. MDs/DOs compensation is $50 per encounter, plus a robust incentive program. Applicants must live in the United States of America. Independent PCPs are also supported by a strong team of patient care advocates and a licensed medical clinical team who work with you to ensure our patients get the care and follow-up they need.
