We are looking for a licensed Telemedicine Neurologist to support our mission to radically improve access to high-quality brain health and dementia care! In this role, you will function as a collaborating supervisor for our Neurology Nurse Practitioners and other clinicians in applicable states. This position is a full-time W2 or 1099 independent contract role.

Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care to older adults via telehealth, conduct psychiatric evaluations, prescribe and manage medications, and collaborate with therapists when needed. Use geriatric-specific assessment tools to inform treatment planning, develop and adjust individualized treatment plans, and complete documentation in a timely manner.

Provide full-time comprehensive, empathetic, and collaborative care to women, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic hormonal and metabolic conditions via video visits and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. You will also complete training and adhere to company policies and best practices, promote preventative care, maintain patient records, and address patient inquiries.

The Medical Director role will be responsible for supporting the product through its life cycle for hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) via leadership, mentorship, and execution of the Medical Affairs strategic vision. Together with the Executive Director of Medical Affairs, this role will be responsible for supporting all relevant commercialization activities including launch activities for HS. This individual will play a meaningful role in engagement of the external medical community.

Responsible for providing therapeutic area/product expertise for Solid Tumors (CRC, Melanoma and GYN) as well as Early Pipeline support across a broad range of Medical customer segments and initiatives in VA, NC, SC and Washington DC. Delivers approved medical content about Pfizer medicines and relevant topics in the designated therapeutic area. Provides truthful, accurate, and scientifically supported information in response to direct unsolicited medical requests from HCPs.

As a Hey Jane provider, you will provide medication abortion care to patients via Hey Jane’s online platform and will be responsible for reviewing patients’ medical intake responses. Medications are then prescribed to a mail order pharmacy and sent directly to the patient. Medical prescribers will be responsible for responding to medical inquiries from patients that require further medical evaluation.

In this position, you will conduct audio or video patient intake appointments, which is a 20-30 minute appointment to understand the challenges that the patient is facing. This role does not require diagnosing or prescribing. You will also collaborate closely with our technology team to develop innovative AI tools that enhance the clinical experience. We are seeking a physician who is passionate about improving care access for the Medicare population.

Provide longitudinal telehealth obesity medicine and medical weight management care, collaborating with advanced practice professionals and registered dietitians towards exceptional team-based care. This is a remote position with flexible schedules, requiring a commitment to a full-time schedule seeing patients across a 5-day work week. Ideal candidates will be Board Certified in Obesity Medicine with 2+ years of experience.

The Telemedicine Physician will be responsible for providing virtual medical consultations to patients in New York. This includes diagnosing and treating medical conditions, prescribing medications, and providing ongoing support and guidance to patients.
