The Process and Systems Specialist, Clinical Delivery supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational processes and systems that enable the successful execution of patient-centered programs. This role will primarily contribute to the Future of Medicine Program and work closely with Clinical Delivery leadership and cross-functional teams.

Drives continuous improvement and operational excellence across all procurement functions, focusing on enhancing procurement policies, processes, governance, and compliance to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and ensure regulatory adherence. Leads transformation initiatives, performance monitoring, and change management delivering strategic value and strengthen procurement capabilities.

As the Senior Project Manager, you will work directly with the agency account teams and functional departments across all channels to ensure all client work is delivered on time and on budget. Responsible for all aspects of the audit lifecycle from development of Jade’s risk-based annual audit plan to monitoring and presentation of the performance and maturity of the audit program. Support due diligence supplier assessments and continuous monitoring of supplier inspection performance.

Oversee the full revenue cycle process for both medical and pharmacy claims, including submission, QA, payment posting and AR follow-up. Review, investigate and resolve claim denials and rejections to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement. Assist with client onboarding, including claims setup, payer integration, Candid configuration and rules engine alignment.

The Priority Claims Specialist III - Remote will ensure payment for services provided is accurate, timely and fully documented. Provide efficient cash collection through excellent reimbursement practices while ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and established Hanger policies and compliance programs. Provides strict adherence to adjustment, refund and write-off policies/procedures. Maintain exceptional support and communication with all partners.
