Assist the Product Innovators and Food Safety Quality Assurance (FSQA) teams to re-review all Owned Brand products launched prior to the current FSQA review process, ensuring all products have a current full compliance specification and supporting documents on file. The project involves collection and review of documents for 350+ SKUs with approximately 100+ vendors, ensuring all required paperwork is reviewed and completed accurately prior to final FSQA review.
