The Wikimedia Foundation seeks a Senior Product Manager to support Abstract Wikipedia, increasing access to encyclopedic knowledge. You will develop a roadmap, build alignment between stakeholders, and own the product lifecycle. This role involves using qualitative and quantitative methods, understanding community needs, and refining product development processes.

Lead the software powering validator devices that enable seamless fare validation across public transit systems. Own a complex ecosystem of device applications, APIs, and SDKs, ensuring validation solutions are reliable, flexible, and intuitive. Your work will directly impact how riders, transit agencies, and enforcement teams experience public transport every day.

You will act in agile rituals, facilitate agile ceremonies such as Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives, remove impediments, support the Product Owner, monitor Performance and encourage squads to focus on results and delivering value to the customer.

As a Product Manager, lead delivery teams of designers and engineers and work directly with customers to build complex custom software applications. Chart out the approach that will get the client results, conducting research, participating in design reviews, prioritizing design/development work, leading backlog refinement, iteration planning, demos & release planning.
