Manage all assigned projects, including setting goals between clients and delivery teams. Act as Scrum Master to manage and track sprint progress against the overall project timeline. Facilitate agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos and Sprint Retrospectives. Champion project experience through excellent communication and relationship building amongst our customer stakeholders and Caylent’s delivery, sales and leadership teams.
The Enterprise Product Manager will set the vision, strategy, and ensure the delivery of features and capabilities for platforms of several interrelated products that deliver customer value. The role's focus is to ensure performance of these platforms in an enterprise-wide and strategic context. You will define and manage baseline service requirements, support tendering, manage service performance, resolve issues, and lead service improvement projects.
Support the sale and manage the development and/or delivery of large integrated solutions to an external customer, or in support of a major enterprise-wide program, often involving multi-function and multi-vendor efforts. Determine overall program/project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements. Drive and deliver expected results according to agreed project scope, cost, quality and timeline milestones.
