As a Product Manager, you will define the why, when, and what of the products the engineering team builds, leading cross-functional teams from ideation to launch. You will build a product and strategy that reflects Insider’s vision, clearly articulating business value to align the team around each release, while managing and prioritizing initiatives.

Responsible for management of assigned technical projects, the Sr. Project Manager executes day-to-day management of assigned project segments. This role manages the group of projects as a whole, providing a single point of knowledge and control for the aggregate effort. Key responsibilities include guiding project teams on Agile/Scrum practices, removing impediments, and facilitating discussion and conflict resolution.

Manage Product Initiatives from inception through completion while leveraging your excellent stakeholder management and program management skills, including crypto custody management and cross-chain liquidity management. Collaborate with a diverse cross-functional team to deliver critical product development programs and projects. Establish roadmaps and milestones, anticipate and manage risks, resolve technical and operational challenges.

You will manage large, complex release programs from start to finish, providing a proactive, strategic perspective on process improvements and a tactical view of daily progress and issues. Exercising critical skills such as conflict resolution and cross-team collaboration is a must in this fast-paced environment to drive business outcomes. The successful candidate is a result-oriented, self-starter with an established ability in program management and operations.
