Magic Leap is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to support the Hardware Technical Program Management team. The role involves driving focused R&D, pathfinding, quick prototyping, and developing a roadmap to meet product goals for the next generation light-field and dependent systems. This position requires a strong understanding of nanostructures, waveguide processes, semiconductor manufacturing processes, optics, and opto-mech systems.

Drive solutions by collaborating with DoD end users to understand mission needs and architect RFID integrations. Lead the build, guiding a development team through product design and agile sprints. Be hands-on technically, jumping into solutioning discussions with engineers and crushing technical debt.
