• Stand up the TPM function at Supabase.

• Integrated Program Schedule & Milestone Management; Manage the critical path. Partner with workstream tech leads to negotiate trade-offs when a milestone slips.
• Cross-Workstream Dependency Management; Drive stub/contract-first patterns so workstreams can move in parallel rather than serially.
• Maintain the program-wide view of resourcing across all workstreams, and onboarding of new FTEs and contractors.
