Drive the development and execution of the product strategy and roadmap for our Options trading products, with a key focus on front-end growth & user experience. Conduct market research, user analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and inform product direction. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as UI Engineers, UI/UX Designers etc to define business requirements and deliver clear, actionable product specifications.

The Manager - Product Management will lead a team of Product Managers and will collaborate with the other Trading Product Leads to guide the vision for Trading, OMS, and IBOR products we are building. This includes working with our design team to improve the advisor/trader facing workflows to build engaging experiences for their clients at scale. You will be required to define product vision, set strategy, and lead a cross-functional team.

In this role as a Product Manager on the Coinbase Trading team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the trading experience for users on our flagship application. You will lead the ideation, development, and execution of features aimed at improving critical user journeys and driving trading efficiency.
