Your main duties will revolve around on-site audit of our clients’ factory. Conduct food safety audits, summarize and evaluate inspection/audit findings, and communicate findings/results with client site management. Develop effective work plans for the completion of assigned inspections/audits within a determined timeframe.

As the Lead IATF Certification Auditor, you will perform third-party audits per SGS Certification procedures and the requirements for the IATF 16949 standard. They are responsible to make relevant decisions concerning the audit process and to inform SGS SSC as required to resolve issues outside the audit process. The Lead Auditor is responsible to collect and analyze sufficient information to provide a recommendation for certification. They have the authority for the control and performance of auditing activities including planning and the control of other members of audit teams.

The Lead Certification Auditor performs third-party audits per SGS Certification procedures and the requirements of the applicable standards. They are responsible to make relevant decisions regarding the audit process and informs SGS CBE on issues resolution outside the audit process. The PCPC Auditor collects and analyzes sufficient information to provide a recommendation for certification.

The Centralized Estimatics Reviewer partners with on-site Repair Planners and Customer Experience Representatives to help support each RO they are responsible for. This role is specialized to specific insurance carriers and ensures quality reviews and estimates that meet our partners’ compliance standards. The role requires technical expertise in collision repair estimatics, can clearly communicate detailed repair processes, and serves as a subject matter expert for assigned insurance carriers.

Oversee Quality Assurance for on-market products from commercialization through end of life, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. Maintain Good Documentation Practices (GDP), including product specifications, formula approvals, and audit documentation. Manage Third-Party Testing, coordinating all ongoing testing activities, ensuring appropriate record retention of results, Certificates of Analysis, and other relevant documentation.
