The assessment will be conducted in an efficient manner to control the indemnity spend and expenses without compromising the delivery of superior customer service. Will utilize automated estimating systems to prepare complete, competitive auto repair estimates and communicate repair estimate information to customers, repair facilities and claim representatives as required.
