The Registered Nurse, Clinical Delivery will manage the communication of critical and abnormal lab results to patients. This includes contacting patients, documenting communications, following up on lab escalations, and collaborating with providers. This role is also responsible for patient education and serves as a point of escalation for the Member Services team.

Providers will see clients across the lifespan for both diagnostic evaluation and medication management virtually through a telehealth platform and live in the clinic setting. The nurse practitioner (NP) is responsible for independent decision making in the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness, working with a multidisciplinary health care team.

This role involves seeing acute/urgent care patients in a live text-based chat clinic, including straightforward chronic care cases requiring refills, with 90% clinical and 10% administrative tasks, such as clinical meetings and EHR feedback. The Nurse Practitioner will accurately diagnose patients, provide evidence-based treatment recommendations, and write efficient encounter visit notes.
