The Business Strategy & Operations community conducts critical strategic, data and operational projects. The Sales Effectiveness team is responsible for the sales team efficiency and therefore a key aspect of the company P&L: our customer acquisition cost. They identify opportunities to improve the sales approach, design/enhance existing processes, identify new tools or technologies, and ensure proper change management.
