You will design, implement, and manage sales training and development programs that enable our sales team to achieve revenue targets and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact training programs. You will work closely with the Director, Revenue Enablement to drive productivity and performance across the full sales organization. This role leads enablement initiatives that support sellers beyond onboarding, focusing on everboarding and ongoing upskilling for ramped sellers. Key responsibilities include leading development programs and opportunity and deal coaching.
