Work with the Alloy team to deliver new functionality, contribute to design documents, and engage with the OpenTelemetry collector community. Integrate with Prometheus components, support customers with observability pipelines, and collaborate with other teams within Grafana. Participate in on-call rotations for deployments.

You’ll use your engineering expertise to help brands and partners integrate with Olo’s APIs, SDKs, and technical specs by troubleshooting complex issues and providing clear resolution guidance. You’ll also collaborate across teams to improve the developer experience, enhance internal processes, and drive automation. This position is fully remote and allows you to work from anywhere within the United Kingdom.

This role analyzes, designs, modifies, and programs software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, cloud-based or internet-related computer programs. The candidate will use current programming language and technologies, write code, perform testing and debugging of applications, and complete documentation of procedures.
