Work closely with the team’s technical lead to ensure the team is on track to achieving their goals. Be directly responsible for a team of awesome engineers and developing their skills through effective coaching and mentoring. Provide hands-on technical leadership through code reviews, creating and reviewing design documents, and contributing code. Drive the planning and refinement of goals, ensuring there is alignment across the company, group, and teams.
