As a Salesforce Developer, you will support the ongoing enhancement of GoodLeap’s Salesforce platform, working closely with the Solution Analyst, Engineering Manager, peer developers, and peer technology teams to design, develop, and deploy new or enhanced functionality across two instances of Salesforce. You will develop solutions using a mix of custom code and low-code development, utilizing declarative tools when possible.
This is a dual role as a hands-on technical leader and solution architect. The individual will guide the Salesforce development team while designing enterprise-level solutions that align with business objectives and technical best practices. You will lead a team, design solutions, translate business requirements, develop Apex classes, implement CI/CD pipelines, and define security models.
The Salesforce Developer is responsible for working with a team of IT professionals in understanding and supporting the businesses through the design, development and implementation of Salesforce applications, application enhancements, and new platform capabilities. Translates business and technical requirements into solution designs that satisfy the business needs and comply with approved standards. Reviews functional specifications, creates detailed technical design and technical specifications.
