We're looking for a Senior Hardware Support Engineer to own the health and performance of our nationwide fleet of connected devices. You will be a key link between operations and the engineering team, working closely with our hardware ops team. While primarily remote, you’ll occasionally travel to deployment sites for quality assurance. You will debug issues using logs and metrics, tune devices in the field, build internal tools to streamline QA and fleet monitoring, and contribute to our backend software to help automate and improve QA- and calibration-related processes.
As a Staff Data Center ESG Analyst, you will be a member of the Data Center ESG team that partners and supports our ServiceNow Environmental Sustainability team & numerous external colo-provider partners. In this role, use your sustainability knowledge and expertise relating to ESG practices: to design and implement the tools & dashboards required to support reporting & analysis; to innovate and develop solutions; and, to communicate & evangelize our DCO results.

Assist FM clients in physically protecting their large industrial and commercial properties against various hazards. Develop loss prevention recommendations and manage projects through to completion. Frequent technical training is provided, involving independent and classroom study. Work independently from a home office with approximately 35% overnight travel expected.
Manage and maintain critical automation systems, including portal bot operations and document conversion processes. This role is integral to operational efficiency, handling high-volume automated document processing and system configurations. Configure and maintain portal bot automation systems using Typescript and Node.js; oversee automated claim backup retrieval processes.
Lead building automation efforts for existing data center Building Automation Systems, leading a team of automation specialists to troubleshoot, calibrate and maintain all aspects of building automation systems across all North America Campuses. Working closely with Operations management to establish priorities, resolve technical problems, and maintain standardized documentation. The role involves project planning, implementation, and ensuring high-quality service to operations and customers.
