SigNoz is looking for a Solutions Engineer to design observability solutions, working directly with customer engineering teams to design their OpenTelemetry instrumentation strategy, customize dashboards, and optimize for their specific use cases. Also, this role involves creating custom integration guides, troubleshooting docs, and best practices documentation that engineering teams actually want to follow.

As an Octopus Deploy Solutions Engineer, you will work with accounts and customers as their trusted technical advisor on their continuous delivery (CD) journey. You will answer technical questions, discover challenges, and demonstrate the value of Octopus Deploy, partnering with account executives to solve CD challenges and interacting with Marketing and Engineering departments.

You will be joining the Infrastructure Team at Close to build and maintain the platform that runs all Close systems. This role involves working with various technologies, including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch clusters, telemetry systems built on Grafana’s LGTM stack and ClickHouse, multiple Kubernetes clusters, and Github Actions & ArgoCD powered CI/CD.
