As a senior-level engineering role, the Principal Consultant leads large, complex projects spanning multiple disciplines. They work with clients, product manufacturers, contractors, other design team members, and other employees to take each project from start to finish with limited direction. This entails providing detailed drawings, specifications, and calculations and reporting information to the client. Projects are expected to be completed on time and on budget.

This role involves overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they're on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The Senior Project Manager provides leadership and coordination to ensure project success, reporting to the Director of Real Property and the Deputy Director of the Statewide Regional Branch.
