This Senior Product Designer will play a key role in building and developing our credit building hub, while maintaining cohesion with our other fintech tools, and our overall Super.com product ecosystem. Looking for a strategic thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity, and can translate clear strategies into designs that meet our user needs and drive business impact.

Lead UI/UX design for all non-gameplay surfaces, drive UX strategy across both web and mobile clients, and own the full design lifecycle. Collaborate tightly with product, devs, and our community to ship weekly updates, and shape our design systems, accessibility, and visual clarity. Work with exceptional colleagues on challenging projects.

As a Staff Researcher, you will be integral to driving forward our customer-centric vision—partnering with stakeholders to run critical research projects while helping to grow our research team alongside our Product & Design orgs. We're looking for someone who is genuinely interested & has the skills to take on ownership of complex projects within a hyper-growth company: a creative thinker who can trailblaze new approaches to interpreting data and drive meaningful impacts to our product & company strategy.

The Senior UX Researcher is a crucial member of the Research Team at Adaptavist and will provide actionable insights for product development and promote a user-centered culture. Responsibilities include supporting strategic choices across multiple products, using qualitative and quantitative research techniques, and mentoring junior researchers. This role requires occasional in-person presence at the office in London.
