Oversee customer onboarding, post-launch reviews, quarterly business reviews, and executive check-ins to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Work closely with Enterprise customers to understand their business objectives and create a tailored success plan that delivers tangible outcomes.
Provide guidance to enterprise customers on adopting and maximizing the usage of our solutions, focusing on long-term retention, expansion, and advocacy.
Own the end-to-end success of complex, multi-product customer implementations.
Lead the Advanced Implementation Delivery Trio — Solutions Architect and Implementation Engineer — driving alignment and accountability across each function.
Serve as the primary delivery leader for enterprise customers throughout the implementation and facilitate executive-level conversations.
AI-Accelerated Development – Leverage AI coding assistants and tools to accelerate development velocity across the full stack.
Architect & Build - Design and implement scalable frontend solutions using Angular, with a focus on creating an elegant and maintainable component library.
Innovate & Improve - Contribute to the progression of our frontend infrastructure, support best practices, and continuously improve our development workflows and user experience.
Design and implement features end-to-end, from robust backend services and APIs in Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot to polished, responsive user interfaces in Angular.
Work within agile product teams to deliver high-quality features, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical discussions across both backend and frontend.
Tackle complex technical problems that span the full stack, propose innovative solutions and continuously improve our development practices, tooling, and user experience.
