Serve as a strategic People & Culture Partner, driving inclusive culture change and managing complex employee/labor issues across our global organization. This involves liaising with leadership, legal, and compliance teams to provide counsel, investigations, and policy guidance, while also strengthening connectedness among dispersed staff and fostering an inclusive leadership culture.
Assist the Director in developing and executing effective research, advocacy, and communications strategies for China and other countries. Assist the Director in overseeing both the day-to-day and longer-term research on human rights issues in China and other countries. Assist the Director in supervising staff working on China and other countries including researchers and supporting advocacy and communications strategies.
The Senior Researcher will research, identify and monitor human rights abuses experienced by people as a result of federal, state, local, and labor policies affecting immigrants, including immigration law enforcement. The position advocates for laws, policies and practices designed to protect the human rights of immigrants living in or arriving to the United States, working in close partnership with organizations to ensure racial justice and equity.
