The Solutions Engineer is a critical member of the Product team, responsible for enabling the integration and optimization of Janes interconnected intelligence capabilities across the NATO enterprise. Working closely with the global Product Solutions team, you will support the deployment, configuration, and enhancement of Janes data across a variety of systems, platforms, and mission-critical capabilities. This role focuses on enabling Janes data within individual systems, facilitating interoperability with third-party and customer datasets, and aligning with NATO’s evolving AI , intelligence and data requirements.

A dynamic, challenging and exciting role has arisen for a dedicated Customer Success Manager & Trainer to join the Janes NATO Team driving trusted advisory, maturity and expansion of the Janes & NATO intelligence environments. We are seeking a highly driven professional that will need to be comfortable enhancing and providing data-centric OSINT intelligence products and training to existing and new customers within the NATO operations, planning and intelligence domain.
