We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist with a focus on fraud prevention, KYC compliance, and payment management to join our expanding team. Early detection and prevention of fraudulent accounts and suspicious transactions through comprehensive analysis and review of transactional data. Conducting KYC procedures to verify customer identities and assess risk levels. Managing the entire payment process, including receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.

Support the Senior Account/Project Manager in handling daily operational tasks, managing partner relationships, and ensuring smooth project management. Maintain effective communication, address partner inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to meet project goals and uphold high standards in client service. Serve as a primary point of contact for partners, addressing daily inquiries, providing timely support & ensuring quick resolutions.

In this high-visibility role, you’ll play a key role in keeping complex projects moving, people informed, and priorities clear. You will keep projects on track, build dashboards & reporting, coordinate meetings, be the go-to project link, own the comms, and support the Head of CS/OPs. We’re looking for someone who combines structure with people skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
