This is a full-time REMOTE position supporting the Virtual Care Team, with a typical work week of Monday through Friday, 8:00a - 5:00p. The Scheduler will answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, obtain insurance authorizations, collect payments, and maintain scheduling templates in accordance with physician and office guidelines. The position requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Assist with organizing, sorting, and filing all incoming and outgoing patient information. Prepares charts for patient visits and files, locates, retrieves and delivers medical records and/or electronic medical records as assigned. Demonstrates an understanding of patient confidentiality to protect the patient and clinic/corporation.
