- Partner with the General Counsel to improve the employee experience and to develop and implement HR strategies and initiates aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage and develop the People & Talent Coordinator, while bridging management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Maintain the Total Rewards programs, including benefits, compensation, LOA, etc., and own learning and development needs across the organization to foster growth and fill gaps.
