Job Summary:
- Handles customer communication via calls, text messages, emails, and online chats regarding orders, inquiries, and returns.
- Makes outbound calls & text messages to follow up on sales leads and close sales.
- Takes inbound calls, text messages, tickets & chats from any/all queues.
Responsibilities:
- Uses excitement and product knowledge to sell automotive accessories.
- Suggests corresponding modifications to enhance the customer's vehicle.
- Efficiently enter and process orders, returns and customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Excellent sales ability and some product knowledge or ability to learn.
- Proficiency in computer keyboarding and internet skills.
- Oral and written communication, interpersonal skills.
