Clinical Success Manager

It is an exciting time to be part of Inspiren, revolutionizing how care is delivered in hospitals and assisted living facilities through innovative technology. As a Clinical Success Manager, you will support healthcare organizations in adopting and maximizing the return on investment (ROI) for AUGi. Customer Onboarding and Customer Success Transition by participating in the onboarding process for new healthcare organizations and Adoption and Engagement by monitoring and analyzing adoption metrics and usage data to assess the level of engagement. You will need to identify and address any barriers or challenges that may hinder adoption or usage of the solution. Relationship Management by building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within healthcare organizations and Value Measurement and Communication by collaborating with healthcare organizations to understand their ROI goals. Product Education and Expertise will be needed to maintain a deep understanding of the AUGi platform and its benefits for healthcare organizations. Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement or enhancement. The ideal candidate must have prior experience as a clinician and be self-motivated.
