Define data mapping for unsupported or custom configurations.
Develop internal and user facing documentation outlining changes and guidance.

Required Skills & Certifications:

Strong understanding of Jira’s architecture, schemes, configurations, and data structures.
Ability to plan, organize, and manage a migration project from start to finish.
Strong problem-solving skills, and a passion to learn.
