Manager, Accounting

About the Role:

• Lead end-to-end accounting for Everway’s non-US entities across the UK, Australia, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark.
• Provide critical oversight of consolidated US GAAP and foreign regulatory financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly close, prepare entity-level reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Partner with Tax and Statutory Compliance for transfer pricing and intercompany accounting.
• Champion automation and process improvements, including AI adoption.

Essential Criteria:

• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and active CPA or Chartered Accountant license.
• Proven people management experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Sage Intacct and 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
