What you will do:
- Lead the transaction process from LOI to closing in acquisitions of new network companies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction agreements independently, including letters of intent.
- Manage due diligence, coordinate closings, and delegate to paralegals and support staff.
What you bring:
- 5+ years of M&A experience with strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Experience evaluating potential acquisitions and conducting due diligence.
- High organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
