About the Role:
- Established Florida commercial law practice handling sophisticated transactional real estate matters.
- Support active deal flow across acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
What You'll Do:
- Handle transactional real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and related instruments.
- Collaborate with partners and practice leaders on developer-oriented transactions.
What We're Looking For:
- Three to six years of sophisticated transactional real estate experience.
- JD from an accredited U.S. law school and Florida Bar admission or eligibility.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary $240,000 to $365,000 annually with potential year-end bonus.
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
