Associate Attorney, Deal Intake

Primary Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility for a pro rata share of deals.
• Coordinate with the Deal team and facilitate escalations on complex matters.
• Interface with deal clients and their counsel throughout the transaction.
• Review, negotiate, and finalize deal documents including acquisition agreements, engagement letters, and escrow agreements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials and licensed to practice law in at least one state.
• 1-2 years of post-law school legal work experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple dynamic projects and meet demanding deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range between $120k and $125K depending on experience.
