Job Description
As a Solutions Consultant Manager, you are the technical leader for your District Solutions Consulting team, helping customers detect and prevent advanced cyberattacks. You will work closely with the District Sales Manager. The team's goals are to provide solution guidance and ensure value realization in their investment with Palo Alto Networks. You will guide and develop your team to define innovative technical solutions that secure customers' key business imperatives and maximize the value of their investment.
Your impact includes recruiting and training new Solutions Consultants, supporting the field team in complex evaluations, leading technical validation efforts, and acting as an escalation point. You'll also build customer relationships to solidify reference accounts, present to customers as a subject matter expert, and work with product management to build product features based on customer feedback. Travel is expected to be 50-75% within the region.
