• As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, you will lead the implementation and operation of email marketing for a banking client.
• You will combine hands-on platform work with an advisory posture, mindful of security and compliance.

How your day-to-day work will look like:

• Configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud from the ground up, including Business Units, user roles, and authentication.
• Design and implement data models, build responsive email templates, and deploy multi-step customer journeys.
• Operate the platform jointly with the client's team, running campaigns and troubleshooting while providing guidance on subscriber management.

This would make you the ideal candidate:

• You have proven experience implementing and operating Salesforce Marketing Cloud in enterprise environments.
• You are proficient in SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS, with a solid understanding of email deliverability and data modeling.
• You have experience working with sensitive customer data and awareness of privacy and compliance, ideally in banking.
