About Claude Corps:
- A fellowship placing early-career talent in nonprofits and government to build AI solutions.
- Partnership between Anthropic, CodePath, and Social Finance with cohorts in the hundreds.
About the Role:
- You run day-to-day onboarding for Claude Corps fellows from offer through completion.
- You track progress, maintain records, and coordinate payroll and benefits setup.
- You work closely with recruiting, program team, Finance, and HR providers.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage onboarding for each cohort including I-9 verification and benefits enrollment.
- Be the primary point of contact for onboarding questions and resolve routine issues.
- Keep employee records, trackers, and process documentation accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
- Experience coordinating high-volume onboarding or HR processes.
- Familiarity with HRIS or PEO systems and strong organizational skills.
- Clear communication, sound judgment, and a proactive, service-oriented approach.
