About the Role:

• You'll be the anchor behind every employee's journey at Anchorage Digital, from offer acceptance to their next chapter.
• You'll run onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility day to day, resolving employee casework and managing immigration logistics.

What You'll Do:

• Execute employee lifecycle operations with accuracy and timeliness across HRIS, payroll, and benefits.
• Partner with the Infrastructure, Analytics, & AI team to test automation that removes manual work.
• Communicate clearly across all employee casework and build strong working relationships across teams.

Who You Are:

• You have 5+ years of HR or People Generalist experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
• You have hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and a strong sense of ownership and process-minded approach.
• You're familiar with immigration, total rewards, and data privacy in a regulated environment.
